Those notes are not far off from what you'll see just about anyone do when writing their notes. Numeric notes are far from just numbers... you need the descriptive stuff fairly regularly to be effective.
The way things are worded is a fairly personal choice but you do need to pay some attention to the ability of the co-driver to spit it out at speed.
