Dammit, I was going to beat John to the punch on almost the same post word for word, but was going to add something about having the Department of Homeland Security or the CIA or Blackwater round you up for making such statements against PATRIOTISM and INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS and AMERICA FOOK YEAH!!!!!!!!!

Rather than a co-operative purchase, why not considered a capital partnership with equally shared equity. Based on the idea of renting it out to others in addition to your personal needs, you could split the net revenues based on the percentage of your capital share. Of course partners would have the first right of refusal to buy-out shareholders wanting to liquidate their stake in the venture.

With all the newbs deciding for years what the ideal car they should have and waht schools they need to go to to learn "all about" how they can 'master" Left Foot braking, why one could sell futures in the Tire Groover!
And those that bought futures could sell a % that the tire groovers would appreciate over time since they bought low. After all everybody knows a tire groover really is an investment....
I think I'll put a patent on the idea quick like and then franchise the concept.
I'll be fabulously wealthy beyond my wildest dreams, no more hours spent pressing in bronze bushings, greasing up inserts and fighting with tape....
