I know it hasn't been widely advertised or promoted, but Pacific Raceways in Kent, WA is putting on Saturday or Sunday track days from October thru December. I'm planning on being there next Sunday. Here's more info, including the dates:

Sounds like a good way to get a bit of high speed tarmac practice! If it is wet even better.

So does a rally car fall under "pro race" then? Or is it one of the street legal classes?

I think they mean actual road racing cars that can put down pretty fast lap times and are driven by drivers with a lot of track experience.

If I were driving a rally car there, I'd want to be put in the advanced-intermediate class. It's no fun being a rolling chicane.

Itsa 1987. Still don't know what class it would be in. I would at least need a dash to be IT , so more of a Honda Challenge or whatever that is. Gotta read the GCRs again

I've got some interest on the DirtyDrifters forum. Maybe 4 or 5 of us.

I'm with Jay. Let's get us all there together. Anyone got a problem with the 19 or 20th? Just throwing out a date. I would actually like to try and get to a couple of these to help me out with my gr. 5 exemption.

i would be down to do this, i could use some seat time in the rabbit. i think i would only want to go if its wet though, since i dont have street tires for this car right now.

can't make it this weekend, but if rally people are going some other weekend i am down.

oh if i can get the rabbit buttoned up i wanna test out my gloves and helmet.

If there's a big rally day, we could make the tow. Juggling between racing and school can be a bit difficult when there's a 5 hour tow involved.
Is this going to be a rally tires only class or are street/dot tires okay?
