Dirt Fish... need a couple of drivers for a cheaper rate if anyone is interested
January 26, 2012 11:37AM
I've got a couple of friends here that have worked out a one time package deal with Dirtfish... it's $300 for an hour of class and two hours of driving, or $500 for an hour of class and four hours driving. The issue is they need 8 people and only have six. The plan is a week day in about a month... post here or PM me if you're interested. It would be pay in advance, so there would be a commitment.
Just putting the word out!

I was thinking i would drive up (In the Rally car)

But are the dirt fish cars going to be available? Its only about $60 more for me to fly in (versus gas driving) I'd need to figure out someone picking me up at the airport, a place to stay and transportation ..

but I'm a maybe , a definite maybe.

OMFG this plan is starting to make sense... grinning smiley

If i could talk the Fiance into selling her audi wagon for a tow vehicle i could 1 way the trip and maybe buy a suburban and drive it back home...

But no progress on that front. selling her luxary car so we can tow isn't going over very well with her... hahaha

I would LOVE to do the $500 deal. When you get a date please let me know. A monday or friday would be awesome so I could only us 2 vacation days.

It would be nice to get at least a little instruction before I try my hand at driving.

Diesel ? ( i have it in my head i should get a diesel) thumbs up smiley

but at $2K for the JVAB Super Bitchin Suburban I'll probably end up buying that mid to late 2012 (Once i've paid off my other debts) hehehe

I wonder if Betsy (RS2.5) could tow an empty 1700# trailer up to Washington safely ...

lol drive up for an event towing the trailer with the race car... and then tow home with a bought tow vehicle... I love the way i think sometimes...

I want to take you up on this for sure! Preferably not in the snow since I don't plan on driving any snow events anytime soon. I can definitely supply the food/beer. Maybe April?
