The pinto 1600 and 2000cc on the Capri and escorts came with 32/36 DGV, and the RS2000's in Group 1 had 44IDF's.

Right, Ford was big enough to do a run of cars to meet the 5000 minimum for Group1 and what did they use? 2 x 44mm downdraft.

Opel homologated the great Ascona B with 2 x 45 Solex ADDHE sidedraft.

Fiat did a 131 with something to match..

Poooooooooooor BMW was simply not on the same page with the little 40s...hopelessly outclassed in Gp1...

interesting on the carbs .... the dcoe's i picked up for fun...I will probably start out on the dirt with single carb and the long runner - style manifold. unless I really like it the other way if I can get them to work in tune and all...

notice the fine detail of the backstay going thru the body panel to the rear mounts... :-) this was on the way back from the racetrack/shop on HWY 37

Lina, your pictures seems to have uploaded about 1"x1" thumbnails. Couldn't make out much of anything.

Horrifyingly enough, some people do not cruise facespace, mybook or Bleet.

They appear to be automotive related images.....

And now that someone said dietician, I want a cheeseburger.

Well I hain't a compooter nerd either (it isn't engineering, it's handicraft, Pooter types call it engineering in a failed attempt at respectability and status) I build things in steel and aluminum, yet somehow I managed to figure out how to size piccies and post 'em

The guy that helped me is the guy who owns this board Skye Poier.
He said "I don't have time for bullshit, download this and even a guy as old as you can figure it out"

Go to tucows.com or http://www.tucows.com/ and download free IRFANVIEW thing.

Very easy to resize...then under "File" click " Save as" and save it to a folder.

You can learn tiG, you can learn IRFANVIEW
http://www.tucows.com/search.html?search_scope=win&tree_id=&cost=&tag=&search_terms=irfanview&search_type=soft
