What do you mean, other then it being slow? The transmission is the only stock part that I somewhat like about the drivetrain.

Just general commentary on Open Light in all its high-altitude power sapping glory. hot smiley

Did you do any full laps? With a timer? I'm thinking I'll haul the traqmate out there once I've got the BMW up and running again. If you have a cigarette lighter...its a pretty easy swap.

Yeah... It's not even that fast at lower altitudes. So next on the list is tossing out the 220k 2.2L motor and Transmission.

Typically I just use TrackMaster which is a Anroid ap. But as you can see we got a little side tracked from doing anything fancy like and completely lost track of what time it was. I think we got there around 1 and left after 5:30, so we were running late for our plans to go up to Leadville.

And seeing I'm in PA for that RallyCross thing, I still have my cigarette lighter. So let me know next time you head out that way.

John, [url=

]here's another video[/url][/u] from when we first got out there. I only had (had being the key word...) one camera so I ended up putting 3 different runs into "one". Then I had (once again, key word) a view of the rear tire/travel until the suction cup let loose and the power cable dangled the camera into the wheel and destroyed it.

Suction cup!!!!
Suction cup with a half roll of "Duck" tape would be more like it!!!

John wasn't having luck with the computer or camera earlier today.
Really hoping I can now make it to core before it closes now.

CORE may not be closing now...they are trying to fundraise to stay open for next season. But in any event - get your car done and be there next weekend!!!

Dave

I saw that, I meant for the year. Well hopefully that's all. Next week won't be possible because I have to help with a cyclocross race here in town. But nov 3 looks realistic, I probably won't do the rallycross just do laps of the sprint course

I don't know what you're talking about Dave.

You want all of them at the same time?
