Rally Idaho, gonna be a good one!!

I think we're gonna be doing a nice long tow next weekend after all. We nice long screwdriver at the base of the ring gear through the access panel on the bellhousing and with it running, there is zero motion at the handle. And further research into the area reveals that for whatever reason, the startermotor is being held in place by only one bolt. I think that may have some bearing on the issue. But I'm thinkin this "only" cost me a flywheel, but not the rally.

I will be codriving for my first time at Rally Idaho. I was wondering if anybody might have a medium helmet and a medium or large hans that I could borrow for the race?

A tad late to be looking for that stuff isn't it?

Cory call safedrives.com and rent a hutchens device It's around $135 and most of that goes to owning the device. They're more comfortable in my opinion. Also post what intercom you need a helmet for.

He's showing more sense than me. I still think we're gonna make it there and all.

We do need some help. I know Hoche, too, was looking for someone to drive his service truck from HQ to Service. We were just going to throw our stuff (fuel, toolbox, jackstands) in with Alex, but if we can get someone to drive Hoche's rig and we throw our stuff in with Hoche we can definitely share. We are arriving thursday PM to do tech prior to recce friday. I was planning on putting up a note at HQ asking for help. Either way, we'll be fine and all help will be appreciated. My cell phone is nine one six 871 eight five seven six.

I've spoken with Michel, at this point I'm under the impression that I'm driving the rig to service early saturday morning. I'll be at tech Friday night to iron out details.

I have no problem with people throwing parts/tools in my van. It looks like it may be carrying some stuff for Jen Imai too.

If Chris wants to just come hang out at service, it looks like there're going to be a lot of self-crewing people who could use a hand.
