Well shyte. We're out for good. for whatever reason, starter is no longer engaging the flywheel. Solenoid works, but that whole ring gear/starter interface is screwed. I think the adapter plate has the starter located not quite correctly. We'll know more when we take the godam thing apart, again...

Dick posted in the Mountain Trials cancellation thread. If only I wouldn't have told the shop prepping the new car that the rush wasn't needed anymore (he called today when MT was officially cancelled), I could have come down to play.

due to crazy last minute schedule changes (all day, talk about an emotional roller coaster yeesh) turns out we'll be staying at the shilo on sat and sun

of course, this also means we'll be driving down friday night AFTER my god-daughters high school graduation so imma be a tired girl on Sat
