Okay I have been doing some searching after looking at Priarie City (which I think I found a good practice loop on) I found a couple other possible sites. Could somebody let me know if they know anything about these places and if they are suitable for what I (and others, I'm sure) are looking for.

Billy Hill OHV by Truckee
Black Springs OHV by Angels Camp
Carnegie SVRA by Tracy
Clay Pit SVRA by Oroville
Hull Creek and Trout Creek OHV by Angels Camp
Jackson Meadows by Lake Tahoe
La Grange OHV by Modesto

And hey maybe we can start an unofficial novice league using some of these places. I don't know just an idea

I wouldn't go to Carnegie, too small and too rough, good only for ATV's and motorcycles. Prairie City OHV Park is the best I've seen, as I've been to a few rally crosses held there. There's one South of San Jose that they say is pretty open and not too rough.

What about the roads going west over the hills from Carnegie?
No trees. No houses, no nuthin.

This. Sandia and LLNLab are over those hills.

BTW, I have a bunch of used 15" rally tires I am going to be shedding. You should get a set and come out to PC with me.
