If I can find the time to get our car log booked, and maybe a trans rebuild, I might be there. Has anyone ran a rally without reverse before?
Are the roads fairly smooth, and void of baby heads? I'm pretty sure that the crappy UHMW skid plate we have will not hold up with giant rocks.

As I remember it the road is dusty, no rocks to get pulled on line. The road is VERY twisty. I Never had it in fourth.

there are some dirt berms/ditches, that if you decided to go off the road a little too much would hurt your 'sprint plate' ^tm.
The Purple Panda ran Idaho with a UHMW 'sprint plate' - no harm done.

At Mendocino our car ran Very hot. there are some steep sections, and not much airflow since we were sideways the whole stage-(or not). Find some of the incar. any stage will do, they're all on the same road.
