My favorite announcer line from the x live commentary:

"for all you kids interested in rallycross. Start in go karts and get sponsored. That is the quickest way to the top. We understand it's not that easy but that seems to be the best way to get started."

I am truly amazed and in awe. I also want to punch kittens that he won. He really can't be that good. Like, he really, REALLY, can't be good enough to just dominate at anything he does (didn't he come 2nd at Le Mans in his class or something??)

The jump starting on the final was also hilarious. The missing joker lap really ruined it though, it really took away any passing opportunities sad smiley

Good thing the ramp is double wide for new hampshire, I just hope marcus is ok and back in action!

Surgical precision and obvious power advantage. I thought the Fords were top of the food chain, guess not. The balance and differentials were spot on also. That Citroen never looked off line except when he crossed the finish line smoking the tires and a bit sideways for show. An amazing display of talent and technology occupying the same place at the same time.

The false starts were hilarious..you go, no you go, ok I'll go, no wait. Should have a conventional count down like we're used to not the tricky F1 start...or make them run across the track and get into the cars, that would be comical.

We honestly enjoyed part of it, hated much of it. The commentators were awful as usual.

On the other hand I gained a great appreciation for the mechanics and physics involved in the skateboarding. The slo-mo and explanations were great and the reflexes and skill involved are beyond anything I would have imagined.

There's no way that such an accident could have been imagined....

(Shhh! Don't tell anyone it's from five years ago!)

Grassroots rally. It's what I think about.

That must have been why they switched from dirt to scaffolding.
