You know, I know there's some sort of unwritten forum rule where I'm not supposed to say anything positive about Ken Block. Whatever his skills or lackthereof as a rally driver, that sort of thing seems like a hoot to do, and if I had his net worth I'd sure try to buy myself into as much car-related fun as I could.

How many of us would pass on an opportunity to drive that car with some practice?

I have no ill will toward Block. If I was in his position, I'd be smoking tires and jumping cars every chance I got, and if I could use it to make money (or at least cleverly writing it off as marketing). Rock on...My only "hating" is making a smart-ass remark about the helmet cam. And maybe I wish he'd run the Escort more.

But still, flat bill hats look silly. One of these days I'm going to lose it and grab one off somebody's head and break that brim in with a nice gentle curve. Now where's my Labatt trucker cap?

Entered I believe it was Tall Pines and listening to the start and watching the clock on YouTube he made it 47 seconds on the First SS before he stuffed it and DNFed.
