I only give buy tips not sell, you're on your own to know when to pull out However...I don't think many VHC shareholders are worried quite yet. The validity of the patent claims were upheld by the jury VHC just did not prove their case. I haven't read through the court details however it's one of 2 scenarios. The infringement may be totally invalid regarding Ciscos applications or the jury very well could have just pointed out what VHC missed in their filing and VHC gets to appeal with instructions

They still won against Apple and with validated patent claims (again) that's not over yet either.

Honestly, I did not buy, but have on watch list.

When is the "buy" tip coming? It looks close!

Maybe this is old hat, but i just noticed that Global Rally Cross is now under SCCA

Seems like I heard or read that SCCA threatened suit over the name "RallyX" and the easy button was for them to sanction the series. I have also heard the thought that GRC is still troubled financially and expected to dwindle away. I just don't know what is happening these days.
