John, what's that second turbo? Looks like Audi bolt pattern KKK K24/K26 on the turbine inlet but none of those turbos were internal wastegate. Or transverse.

Alex, I've seen my headers glowing after shutting the car off. Coolest thing ever. Plus, in the days when we used to put flat tappet cams in engines, during breakin the headers WOULD glow red to orange for at least the first bend, one Pontiac had the headers glowing through the ceramic coating down to the collector. This is just sitting there at 2000rpm no load.

Amusing that, the binder in the header-flange gasket (and presumably any anti-seize on the threads) on that 4-rotor, bursting-into flame....

John ya might not need glasses, just needed to see that turbo. I could see the wheel spinning at what.. 20 rpm? it was not a happy healthy puffer. I seem to recall the driver complaining about a lack of puissance.
