How is piston oversize measured? Is 0.020 oversized

Basically, is it an increase based on radius, or diameter?

Oh you know me... just trying to continue to gather as much info as possible so that I can ask better questions. Picked up a DVD the other day for the boy and I to watch on engine building... Much enjoyment.

That's nice. Thought for a second there it was the engine from the Internet-Infamous "Mustang Motor Flush By A Moron" thread.

Wow, I didn't know anything about that wacky bike. "Rules only allow four cylinders? Ok, fine... let's put these two cylinders together."

I guess the rule kicked in when Honda caused the great global aluminium shortage with their earlier 6 cylinder 250cc, and 5 cylinder 125cc road racing bikes.
Talk about piston size, that's 25cc a pot on the 125, and it was a four stroke....

The wacky Honda was also available as a street bike...

I just might be tempted to sell BOTH kidneys for that.

I thought it was a 4-cylinder, and the street version of that bike was $75k.

Intake valve area, the key to making power.

I used to hang-about T.W.O. in Suches once in a bit. On the weekends, you used to see some shit you'll probably never see anywhere else outside of the Barber Museum.

One of those things sounds like Sex. A lot of it, and very frenzied.

Or if one is blessed with an engine without all those crutches and unneeded junk like valves and cams, port area...
And firing more frequently than every now and then like some things (groan).
