Seana posted some of Orion's pics to FB, so I gotta save and add and blah blah blah. However, I did these three first. So, if work stays slow, I'll try to get some more posted throughout the day.

Gilhouley iddnit?

Adam is very good on narrow squiry stuff lake that--and Corolla "fits" stages like that real good.

But let's not get carried away---Al Kun and Garth is a girly spec motor and Reed in only his what? 5th? event were doing pretty much about the same speed...

Link to slideshow. I'm too lazy to copy/pasta every pic individually

Nice. What a contrast to say Pomeroys flat 1200 6 R, flat 800 5 L, flat 1500 6L all weekend long.

Some of the stages I worked at Pomery were pretty twisty in places, but I know what you mean. The thing that was cool about Pomeroy was that it provided some variety. Most people out here never got to experience that kind of rally. Of course, it only took 1 or 2 times for the novelty to wear off. Though the people who lived out there were so nice and inviting and helpful. And I enjoyed camping at the fairgrounds. Everywhere I worked was really close by. I didn't care for the drive to get there though.

Saturday's stages were great. Gilhoulley, 8000, Fir Mountan... Sunday's stages were rediculous. I counted well over a mile between anything tighter than a 5+ at times. My driver was laughing at times in recce. We much prefer the tighter, technical stuff.

I only worked stage 17 on Sunday, and the first mile or two seemed pretty nice to me. The rest of it, not so much

17 was better than the rest of Sunday... but rocky as all hell and several 600m+ straights.
Every stage had good bits... but some were good bits connected by grid roads it seemed.

8000 turned out to be a pretty fun stage, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

I also enjoyed the cleverly disguised/renamed running of Ketchum backwards, cool hillclimb to start then some awesome flowing road leading to a mile or two of death, destruction and potential shock rebuild work for JVL and more junkyard diving for wheels.

This was my 4th rally JVL and still trying to find my big boy panties as I can feel myself giving up speed here and there and coming into corners too soft especially the fast stuff.

Car looks good Dustin, I do like those wheels.
