Didn't pass my qualifying exam above some arbitrary level that would allow me to transition straight into PhD program. Combine that with a really good possible job offer at a private hospital as lead statistician. Finishing MS thesis now and my college experience may be coming to a close. Really it's all up in the air right now. They are willing to let me take the PhD level theory classes and retake the test next May and there is funding to cover tuition and keep paying me, but part of me is about ready to go back to the days of not checking my bank account every day to see if I can afford to buy groceries. And running out of money a few days before payday every week gets old. It has made me good at budgeting though.
