Perhaps if we had something like this in North America...

SRC JUNIOR ELIGIBILITY

An ‘SRC Junior Driver’ is defined as follows:
(a) Was born on or after January 1st 1991
(b) Competes in a vehicle with no more than two driven wheels, has an engine capacity of no more than 2000cc and which does not have forced induction
(c) Has not previously been ‘Junior Champion’

An ‘SRC Junior Co-Driver’ is defined as follows:
(a) Was born on or after January 1st 1991

The eligibility of all ‘SRC Juniors’ will be subject to final approval by the Championship Management Committee to ensure compliance with the spirit of this Regulation.

A competitor shall not take time off school to participate in motor sport without the prior written approval of their school. If participation in the Championship requires absence from school competitors in full time school education are required to have the approval of their head teacher and a letter stating such approval from his/her school in order to fulfil registration for the Championship.

Can we have a super-juniors (tm) group as well, I don't fit within the age range anymore. I'm just a washed up, post college grad now.

It's the ultra-juniors class for me at the moment.

However I'm looking forward to being eligible for the pre-historic veteran-juniors class in a few years.
Vehicles in that particular class will utilise steam powered engines, just waiting for the FIA to produce a homologated coal storage tank...

Then devote some time to recruitment of your peer group.. Find some of your young mountain bikers who have dinged their heads on the ground or into trees enough that the idea of being INSIDE a car sounds reasonable..

The "anything" means YOU return some of the time that the old fuckers who never did anything for results and don't know anything gave you.

Talk them into the cars you and Matt have ---they're ironically hip.
