Anyone in or around Vancouver, Canada who is wanting to get into the sport as soon as possible?
I'm slowly building a car, but have zero contacts/friends/family who really want anything to do with rally.

Have a look at rallybc.com there is a very good bunch of people in and around Van and the Island. Don't forget the PNW for good rally action and fun times. We have PFR out in Merritt in October, come out volunteer, meet the rally family, get seen get known it won't take long to be amongst some of the best rally peeps I know.

RallyBC is certainly on the radar for sure, and I will no doubt end up there.

In the mean time, hoping to make the aquantiance of others at a similar stage to me: ... maybe a potential team mate?

It seems like getting involved in rally is not high on the list of anyone I know.

Hi Pierce, nice to someone else locally getting into the sport! I am in the process of building a car myself, specifically for the Targa Newfoundland next year. What are you building? If you ever need a hand on anything, talk shop, swap stories, etc, give a shout!

Theres been some people trying to get tarmac rally rolling in BC, but I'm sure they have lost interest in it since 2013.

I'm building up a mk3 Jetta for stage. The cage is almost complete.

Yes indeed, it will be the 144! I`ll prob start a build thread myself once a few more parts start rolling in, and work begins in earnest on her.
