How does ARA "take" the rallies from Rally America?

Check out the newest ARA schedule...this leaves Rally America with like 2-3 events. I assume ARA and RA won't be sharing events!

ARA doesn't "take" anything. The organizers of the events decided they were tired of being mistreated and ripped off by RA and they are the ones that started ARA in the first place. RA is finally dying the death it deserves.
