If thats the Liquid nitrogen Dry ice or other very cold substance shooter, an air chisel works just as well for sound deadener

But it doesn't work at all for RUBBERIZED sound deadening/undrcoating like under European cars.

Sound deadening removal is for rallycross, and yes, an air chisel works well. But when you need to get all the goop off the bottom of the car (not the floor) and glue out of the seams, LN works the best and is easiest.

I used the death ray last summer, then handed it off to Josh. I know he told me he had used it and it worked well for him too. Not sure where it went after that.

I would never do it any other way after having the pleasure of using it.

Just drive it in Cleveland a coupla winters, then when the floors rust you can peel the undercoating off like a banana.

Nothing left to weld to, though.

Or you could drive up here in january or Febuary and you could remove it really easy in -40 temp! It works really great, I did it on my laser in an un-heated garage, but watchout not to freeze any body parts doing it!
