Yeah, COLD water with snow all round, and tore a ligament in the knee, AND the bike fell on top of my and was on the legs, water casacading over head. Mountain stream.
Glub! GLUB!!! (visualize salmons leaping over me) Couldn't stand on right leg, had to start a wet bike and drive back to pits about 6 km of high Sierra narrow trails.
(Car guys are pussies!!)

I don't have the video but the scariest crash involving water must have been the one involving Louise Aitken-Walker and Christina Thorener, not only they rolled off the cliff for a looooong time, but they ended at the bottom of a lake upside down, they were both under water for almost a minute. If it wasn't for their superb physique and training, they would have both died. After the accident Louise eased up on her rallying but Tina being totally nuts anyways kept rallying. She even codrove for Ari Vatanen at Dakar and managed to get him to yell at her in front of the cameras.
