BITCHIN! You can bet I will be in touch. Right now, I need to get the Galant back to life for the daily grind, but it will be a rally car eventually. No way around that. smiling smiley

Did the summer version back in '98 in a bright yellow, Saab 900T w/ 200,000 on the odo. Drove out from Connecticut, ran it, drove home. Just based on the scenery, the event is worth it. Everything else is gravy.

I have been considering it for a while.
It's a lot of money to throw away (kind of like a rally I did in Dec).
The only way I could do well is make up points in the ice racing. smiling smiley

You see they stop along the route and hit up frozen lakes to race across - fastest time wins. I may loose tons of time on the TSD sections - but I can make up points there...

Dunno if I'd do it in the Neon though...

Dude. You'd get 40mpg on the TSD sections and I bet Ze'Neon would be stellar with some studded front tires. Think of the trunk as a trailer... winking smiley

Yeah. It would be cool. Then again, maybe, if four people got together and crewed a single, all wheel drive car...
