Have you ever had Russian caravan tea? It's awesome. The smell of camel and campfire is desired in it because it shows the distance it had to travel to get to England. Of course, now I'm sure the smells are all artificial, but damn is it good.

I have found many M3's in the US prepared in some form for racing. Once is a $3000 car with all the bits, cage, seats, gearbox difs etc but no motor...

Another is a running car but the cage is not rally legal $8000, that is with spare wheels, belts, FIA seats, upgraged little bits like motor mounts, tarmac suspinsion etc.

So a E36 is not all that much money for example if one took the $8000 car sold the bolt in cage and tarmac stuff (I would likely keep it for Rally Idaho or track use) then spend the money on rally crap it would still be OK price, be Gp2 Legal unlike the XTRi4, and have more power etc and likely come in for about same price. However it would not have a path to AWD.

Just google "325i site:craigslist.org" and you come up with oodles. E36 base models aren't much and that M50 is sweet.

Don't think you can do so badly for the moola.

I need to go and read the P class rules... it might be P class legal now that would be funny.

Wrong drive wheels (coming from a long time VW'er who has seen the light. Derek, you talk about the right gearbox, come east and drive our Colt. Whoa baby!)

Don't see any P class prohibition on the M3, or 325i. Could be fun, but since RA P class doesn't allow ring and pinion changes, you may be screwed. However, NASA P class allows ring and pinion and limited slip changes.

So overrated. smiling smiley

If you really want to be a craigslist perv, find Craigslist Search. You can download it here.
http://bouncingknee.com/?page_id=24

Or there's an older version on my site at
http://www.nocoastmotorsports.net/CLSearch

I'm still using the old version now. But you can narrow the amount of cities by editing the text file in the old one. I have two files, one with all the Colorado region cities, and one for nationwide.

Damn Wilson, it's donkeys not camels. Confused as always.... Tsk Tsk Tsk.
Jennie has been trying to get the smell out of the car for months and those little pine trees don't work worth shit.
