Moving to a new server Oct 17

Hello Prole-le-Ralliats

The time has come to move up to better hardware and send this old rackmount server to a farm upstate

I'm going to move rallyanarchy.com to a new server tomorrow (Thursday Oct 17 2013)

The website will be unavailable for 1-6 hours but when it comes back everything should be identical. But there will probably be bugs from the change, so report them in this topic and I'll fix it up. I'm not sure exactly what time I'll get started tomorrow.

OK looks like we're back.

The new server is a 16 CPU 24 GB RAM monster, should be good for the next decade or so.

I dunno if utf8 characters worked before but they should now, let's see:
