Well there IS stuff in the boinger department already..
It is however more than double what it should cost for what it is (some cars came with inverted 40mmBilsteins stock, but VERY short travel and tubes welded into the bottom forging for the spindle (like any old Datsun/Mazdog/Toiletta/Volvo/99% of old BMWs. )VERY simple to carve up ordinary tubes and replace with thicker wall Cr-Mo tubes with the threads already cut into them..

What a clever design....new steering arm, new spindle such a deal. Prolly weighs a ton also.

So you would mod that like the Volvo stuff to be a strut only?

Can do it any way he likes, stick a new threaded and bushed tube right in or something..
See the lug on the very bottom?
Now everybody else can be happy tapping the bottom of the strut so you thread the rod in past and you have a threaded stub sticking out and you run a jam nut down, right?

Porch rod has a waist, the rod pokes in and you pinch the bottom, and the bolt engages the waist or the groove so it can rattle out..
Could they have made it more complicated?
Knowing the Nemenski , probably yeah.
