I had somebody order some stuff for me for Christmas. They haven't received any response from him and I have called him twice with no response.

I've been trying for a few days to get ahold of him since I need a neck restraint for 100AW. Same result, call, voicemail, email and no response.

Anyone have any updates?

He's been emailing me back and forth was waiting on one item for him to ship. I'm not really sure what the deal is though, a few years ago you could call etc no problem.

Grant,

Thanks for the offer, I might have to take you up on that. However, my co-driver and I both did the rent-to-own thing from Safe Drives for Perryville and it wasn't a problem then, just a few months ago... I'm hoping that I can just pay the rest of it off and keep it.

Now I'm wishing I had just kept them after Perryville lol. I'll keep trying I guess if Steve is getting though to him.

He was great for awhile but seems to have slipped in recent times. I think this is the fifth or so thread on poor service I've seen.

Charles did call me back the other day and arranged to get my HNR to me this week - it shipped yesterday.
