In defense of JVL...

Totally in agreement with Danster and I'll admit my faults and try to do better...as I've said.

What's sad is the fact JVL pushes more grass roots newbies away as fast as they show up. Yet the claim is that he is the torch bearing, flag carrying lord of low cost rally.

I have no use for him. Don't even want to meet him, talk to him on the phone, nothing. Nada. Life's too short to deal with what he spews from his fingers (or lips).

I have stopped coming to forums other than once a month(ish) to see if something interesting is happening or event news. Mostly its because of the JVL factor. Every time an informative conversation arises, its gets hijacked and dies.

As for myself i know how to turn a few wrenches and nudge some electrons in various directions. I have experience in some car prep and setup that could help some people, but why waist time filtering out the BS on here or SS? A community like Gene mentioned would spread the knowledge. But what we get (Especially around here)is silence, a couple good answers until JVL shows up, or abuse right out of the gate. Yep thats perfect for attracting a long term community. -sarcasm in case its not evident-

Anywho I might pop back in a few weeks, maybe. got improvements to make on the Evo and kids to play with.
