A guy who screwed me out of a couple hundred bucks back in the 90s just surfaced trying to sell some car memorabilia on FaceSpace. I recognized the name, clicked the profile and from his history I know it's the same person.

It is all I can do to not be an ass and call him out on it in his ad. I'd probably get sued.

But I'd still like the $200 back.

That's a tough deal. I had someone stiff me on a bill once, two years later they came back in...I fixed their car and gave them both bills. Sweet seeing the look on their faces.

You might ask the asshole nicely if he has a tracking number for the transmission that never showed up.

I got the local police involved in the kids town which got me $100 or $150 of the $300 I had paid, with the rest coming "next month." Then I lost contact. I'll ponder some more.
