It is from the Catalonia region of Spain. As I understand it, it translates to "eat well, poop strong, and don't be afraid of death!" grinning smiley

I don't know about that, I bet someone here knows for sure;
Wasn't Sainz' nickname El (il) Matadore? I bet little Carlos celebrates Christmas with his family and Caga Tio in the house.

Yeah kinda doubt that Sainz, being from Mardid, would have a motto from Catalunya.

(Sigh) I miss Sainz, I always loved to hear him and Moya in car, and who can fault the guy for the passion he had, and for talking amazingly straight.
