Well it coincides with the solstice which was at 11:12 UTC. They didn't need watches the sky told them everything.

Stupid prank. Tsunamis can happen pretty much without much notice in any coastal community. If someone walked up to you and said anythingfrom the president got shot to RA going bankrupt and it turned out to be a lie , ok prank, where is the humor?
