I'm too lazy to look at the video, but I can guess what happens.

A few years ago a presidential limo was high-centered. It was amusing. I only saw it for a couple of seconds on TV, but it appeared the front suspension collapsed.

Need to be explained to me why it's considered to be "good" to make it look like the driver weighs about 600lb.

This goes for slammed compact cars, and minivans/SUVs. (The only logical reason I can think of for driving one of those is that you can't haul yourself around in a car.)
