A bunch of rally guys and myself went to see it last week. Wow. Like Fclevelandwrx said, I didn't expect GOOD, but WTF was that? Did they even send these guys to drivers boot camp? They all looked like they were playing Mario Kart hunched over the wheel. And apparently the fastest way around ALL corners is a tire-melting 4 wheel drift for hundreds of feet.
I laughed out loud at the Mustang build though. 'Alright, my mortal enemy, I'll grudgingly build your car because I need the money and I need to prove I'm a badass car builder!' <Jump cut> 'AND HERE'S THE FINISHED CAR!' Wait... what?? Did they forget something?!? Likewise what the hell happened to the 'Drivers Meeting' he was going balls out across the entire continent to make it to on time?? It was the setup for the ENTIRE second act of the movie and near as I can tell he skipped it once he got there! I wasn't nearly drunk enough.
