ObamaCare for Open Cars?

I glanced at the center diff for open cars thread and for some reason my brain read it as ObamaCare, so I'm starting this thread because I really don't feel like putting the summer tires on and fixing the e-brake in my daily driver Legacy AGAIN.

I heard (from the voices in my head) that the 20-year-rule was implemented for the rally class of the Mt. Washington Hillclimb this year. I'd consider that a reliable source!

Really, here I go to work on my car.

I was just procrastinating on working on my Subaru…with good reason, since I stripped a caliper bracket bolt and ended up having to drill, tap, and heli-coil the bracket for a Merkur suspension bolt that I shortened with a Harbor Freight angle grinder.

And I really did read that Center Diff for Open Class as ObamaCare for some reason. Probably because I hadn't been drinking.
