That post was from 2010 John. It obviously didn't save rally.
They keep getting press on their RWD R spec car that ran Germany and a press stage thing at Finland. Hopefully they get smart and just send one badged as a Scion to Matthew Johnson. You joke about 63 champions....
RA: national championship plus four regional championships (5) USRA: same (5) NRS: ARC, PRC, National (3) SWRC (1) Cascadia (1) NACAM (1) NARC (1) CRS (1) 18 championships involving events in the US next year. If we just assume that there are four classes in each championship (a high number for some, low for others) that's going to be 72 rally driver champions (and another 72 codriver champions) in 2015! So, roughly 20% of all American drivers could be a champion next year.
