This is not a court of law---in case you somehow missed that---and people type carelessly--deal with it Moron.
They type carelessly especially when responding to people they have no respect for---or have shown themselves to be idiots---so who will bother to waste time thinking how you phrase something to a cunt who is always waste tons of time parsing each and ever word looking to prove a "lie" --

Amazing they give you a pass from the Anstalt...I guss non-violent offendeds are let out.
Go figure.

For the love of the sport John... put away the petty bullshit and stick to substance of discussion and don't get sidetracked with personal biases or hatreds. Frankly, this - and other - forae would be better off without your tangential attacks and posturing. You have a ton of good information, insight and learned opinions to share that are getting lost in the noise.

In this case: You've shared a story that makes an event organizer look petty, greedy, and unreasonable by anyone's measure. Unfortunately, it is story that doesn't add up and begs for more details to support it. Please, I beg of you (sammy), share more details so we can get to the bottom of this.

Could it be that said 'poor bastid' was fined a total of $400, $350 in recce speeding/behaviour fines AND $50 for late arrival to Parc Expose? That's a story I'd believe.

We don't require the same cage as the top tier WRC cars. Nothing in our cage rules is over the top nor terribly expensive to do. I'm not sure what you would drop from the rules specifically. We require a basic 6 pt cage, with an X in the main, 2 door bars and 2 roof bars and an A pillar support on some cars. Maybe $100 to 150 extra in tubing from the minimum in the old days and a couple hours work. Nothing prohibitive nor radical. FIA rules are basically ok, basically. The cost to romance them and have an event is phenominal which we've beat to death before. We didn't benefit last time to any great degree and may have gone backwards with the whole Olympus/FIA/SCCA/Nagel affair. Sad deal and a shame.

the world would be better off without you going letter by letter, word by word trying to find fault with quite literally every thing I say or do..When I want your advice on how to speak/write, how to run my business manufacturing things and the choices i make as to the family time vs hanging out twiddling thumbs schmoozing time, I will ask you for your insight..

And I and others don't need to be lectured on if the sky is blue...why it's blue, how long its been blue and some new idea that confirms its blue that only costs xxx dollars.
I, the sport, my business and my family did pretty good for decades without the detailed letter by letter, word by word critiquing you so generously devote so much time to..

I've asked the person to come and refresh his memory here but like many, he says the negative energy that you personally bring to any interaction makes him unexcited about the process.
My reporter may have missed some details but you did accurately perceive the impression --the aftertaste of the dealings with that person...

If you think I actually do that, or even if you're being heperbolic about what you think I do... then you're horribly, horribly mistaken.
If you think I'm on some mission to prove you to be always wrong, or evil, or mentally ill... then you're horribly, horribly mistaken. (and paranoid)

I'm not sure why you see questioning and discussion as attacking. (or negative, for that matter)

That said, I'm still really, really curious about the circumstances of this alleged $400 fine.

As an organiser I absolutely hate giving fines/penalties I don't know of any that enjoy it.

To all NASA Rally Sport - Drivers and Co-Drivers,

I am the USA and Canadian liaison for the 2015 FIA NACAM Rally Championship and Fiesta R2 Cup and would like to invite you to an unique rally opportunity. .

We are letting NASA Rally Sport competitors be the first to know about both the championship and Fiesta R2 Cup which grants the winner the option of a Fiesta R5 run at the 2016 Rally Mexico or to run the 2016 DMack Fiesta Cup in Europe which grants a full WRC2 season in 2017. You can down load the information at http://www.rallywv.com/fianacamfiestar2.html or at http://www.hammarlundracing.com/#!r2cup/cbhq

the top class for this championship will be FIA R5/R4 and although all cars competing the championship must be homologated our FIA region NACAM (North America, Central America and the Caribbean) can now make regional homologations. The first two cars will be the North America spec five door Ford Fiesta for R1/R2 and the North American Evo IX MR for Grp N4/R4. Additionally we will be homologating a North America version of the Subaru Impreza soon.

The Championship website is only available in Spanish at this time but for next year there will be both English and Spanish versions. http://98.130.196.42/j25/nacam-fia-rally-2014 We have a TV deal Fox Sports Latinoamerica and are on a working a TV deal for the USA. Next year the USA round of the championship will be Rally West Virginia and we hoping to add a Canadian round in the future.

Please email me If you have interest in either the 2015 FIA NRC Championship or the Fiesta R2 Cup

Haha I was looking at the series documentation. This is one of the 'options'.

- We can provide crews with guests passes at interesting prices.

Interesting prices..... anything with FIA usually has interesting prices. On one hand if it works out it could be cool, but on the other hand, it's already caused RallyWV to be canceled this year, so right off the bat its already not worth it. The fact that the event has to be canceled to prepare for next year doesn't seem like a good sign.
