The second hour isnt to bad. No more S2000 in the ERC replacing it with R5. There doing away with N/A and replacing with 1.6 turbo! There also starting a Rwd class and giving it more tv air time.

WRC is banning all cars from getting split times. Penalties if they find teams informing the cars of splits.

Now that's actually interesting to me. I've always thought that was a crazy advantage that someone further down the pack would have. Can really fine tune your driving aggressiveness when you know where you have to push and when you can back off.

I stopped counting at 38 classes for SCCA Otter Cross, and that didn't even include junior classes and ladies' classes.

One Class Per VIN will save rally!!!
