Anyone in Seattle need a logbook

For anyone who doesn't check SS on a regular basis:

Trying to put together enough cars to pursuade Gene into making a run up here - or a good old fashion convoy down south

Be nice if he could drop in here and tell what cock and bull crap I have to do to get some kind of logbook on the Ford's cage and what up-date/grandfathering of the Saab cage needs doing.

That makes 3.

Get a couple 3 cars in one area or close by and I'll figure something out. You'll have to provide lunch or fuel however winking smiley

Gene,

How about some vintage Rally Tires? Got any workers that could use some free 14" Bridgestone RE38's? I have 4 or 5 that are either new(ha!) or very good. Been stored in my garage for a longgggggg time.

Come north and take them back with you.

I'm glad you still have those, how much freight to bring them to DooWops?

You guys work on a time and location and we'll get the cars done, have lunch and JVL and I can swap lies about the old days...sounds like fun!

Hey Gene, you think it would help to bring all these flaky boys over to one central place?
I have space enough, everybody knows where I live.

You can't be driving all over the fucking place all in one day, screw that.

OK, then it's decided.
Now you flakies need to work out a date.

I just thunk of one more boy: Seattle Scott's Xratty.

Just had yet another flash of sheer brilliance:
Make it into a mini CCCP meet.
Where's the beer!

John, I'm not trailering my car to your place. It wont be running/rolling. Theres NOT enough room there for that. Sorry. Besides, What if it rains? I dont want an unpainted shell/cage getting rained on. It makes more sense to go to the cars that need log booking, and then for everything, congregating in one area.

I would also prefer if he could come to where my car is stored. It is in Brier about 10-15 minutes from Woodinville (which I assume is where Tim's is)

Then we could all congregate at John's once Gene's done with mine and Tim's

Well makes sense since there 2 cars out past the edge of civilisation, I was talking to Tom B this morning and he was making the same groaning sounds as me about daring to venture way out to the unknown wastelands of the Eastside.

I can maybe tow dolly down Seattle Scott's.

John, you live in Des Moines. Are you really sure you want to call the Eastside a wasteland? It may be full of stuck up rich people... but at least your not gonna get shot. haha

I live 6 miles or more North of Des Moines.
There's plenty of senseless murders over there on the repressed Eastside, you just don't pay attention.
