That's OK, we know what it is, and we know if you kill them we can get steel bodied replacements easy.

When I do new 40s I can ask for various length and any valving we want.

Do you

No just the 40, 41 and 50mm inserts
Those P36 things seem very weak (if we are thinking of the ones VW boys get. Also the P36s are very short, maybe 155mm travel and i do 90% gravel.)

I do have a good choice of the second hand 41mm in valving that would be fine for you.

Seb, I'm one of the ontario guys using Johns stuff. Johns stuff is really the only logical choice in rally suspension. I've used some very high end stuff and Johns stuff is just as good and in many cases better. Best value in suspension period.

I am returned from a fast vacation!

OK. When Bilstein asks what insert I am sending for revalve someday, what do I write on the form?

Can you provide a new 40mm Bilstein insert with droop stoppers? I do not want to install droop straps.
