Most Nissan wheels are tough as shit. I bent a 510 rear control arm, used a 70-lb hammer and 300-lb weightlifter to bend the control arm back straight by hitting the rim, then finished the rally, won 2WD and continued using the wheel for years.

They've made a few softies (6-spoke 280ZX wheels), but 3 of the 4 Nissan wheel designs I've tried have been virtually indestructable.

I don't need Speedlines for insurance, that's what tubes are for!

The canadian corrados had a really wide 5-spoke wheel as compared with the US corrado wheels which were fancy pants Speedline rims.

You can still find Corrado wheels? I guess that's all that's left of them. I'm always shocked and amazed when I see a Corrado on the road.

My Fiance always goes wowowowo what is that?! I say it's a fucking piece of shit VW that not even VW people can keep on the road. She then say's wow I knew it must have been a VW.

It's an inside joke, but seriously, it can't be easy finding Corrado wheels.

believe it to not...it's easier to find Corrado rims than just about anything else!

problem is that alot of VW guys think their wheels are made of unobtainium, and ask 7 zillion dollars.

corrado guys know their cars look nice..but are POS

Yeah. I've seen prices from $11 to $75 a wheel for OEM types. It's just about the same thing for the Honda crowd though. They both think their cars are plated in gold and try and sell them like that.

the problem is the "fad" with the VW guys that OEM is the best, and they take these old, crusty, corroded wheels, and spend hours upon hours to polish them....
