Gotcha. In the FIA rules the V in the rear of the car is only allowed if you have a V in the roof. V in roof is allowed either direction.

Its actually the other way around....IF you want to do a 'V' config in the rear backstays, then you HAVE to have a V config in the roof

A minimum of one diagonal shall be placed between the

Two diagonals may be placed in the plane of the backstays in a V
configuration as in figure 3.6.2-8 (based in FIA figure 253-22) if a V
configured roof reinforcement as in figure 3.6.2-8 is also used.


but to answer your question, yes, i'm building to NASA specs...which, is overbuilt for Rally America.

DONE! I'll put more pics up this weekend. 3 weeks and 3 days...not bad. Hoche came by and gave us the thumbs up...logbook on its way!
