John, do we do what we do for advantage, or for fun?

You are just plain fucking wrong about the Chevette. It is the unrecognized Escort of the United States. Twin wishbone front instead of that escort/jap car stuff, four link rear with turrets.

Chevettes had four-links? I thought they were torque arm. (The Impulse Turbo which was the same chassis did have four-link)

I'm not pre-copying you, you're just making the same mistakes I did.

Wait a minute.

Yeah, everyone should be talking about Dave Clark MkII. He schooled me at the Doowops, and he didn't waste a bunch of money on fancy parts (except his custom door cards) or time spray painting his roll cage.

Bring on the Chevettes, I saw a pinto that actually looked kinda bad ass the other day, too.

But folks, Dave Clark the lesser has already been deep in discussions about the inevitable day he'll wad that Celica into ratshit.
He wanted to talk a year ago about finding a $200 buck 240 volvo and again before Doo Wops was saying "I oughtta geta 240"... but SINCE HE HAS IT ALREADY---LOGBOOKED and ALL I said No flog the shit outta the pile, really drive it like he stole it, UNTIL he kills it----then we'll do him a low spec Volvo.

Big difference is he has a logbooked one, not that he's out searching for one.
He'll old school Celicas are as rare as Xratties in the yards----at least we Xratty pervs grab up evey car and save them!
