Start by ditching the prop valve, try it. i fyou like you are done, if too much rear brake put in a new prop valve.

Dual masters is nice for adjustability but it was a pain to get to this point. There is way more effort to get heavy breaking, so I go faster...

Get some real race pads for the rear, make sure the Mu of the rears is higher than the fronts by .10 that way you will be able to use that prop valve after all.
