thought I posted these sorry I fail. I'm working on a frame now but I need a rack and pinion
from an sti to see if the hole pattern is different. The bottom of the frame as substantially more
bracing than the wrx frame.

token you by chance have a rack I can test? Or if any one has a spare?
I am also looking for a sti tranny mount for a supper light tranny mount
and cross.

William....i can tell you the holes are the same as I have swapped out my WRX rack for an STI rack w/o issue, if that helps.

Um that was a lot of work. stock rack fits!!!!!
the sway bar is a 3/4 nascar bar and it should be about the same as stock might be a little stiffer.
If any one is interested let me know I'm getting really busy.

the nascar sway bar is confusing me...this replaces the OEM sway bar, or its just a different 'option'? guess I'm just having a hard time visualizing where everything fits, which is disappointing, considering all hours I've logged on my back looking up at the bottom of my car.

It looks to be replacing the stock sway bar. I dont see any brackets to mount the stock one. Very nice looking piece thumbs up!

thanks ya the new bar is about 1" forward than the stock bar and
you can un bolt it in seconds and slide it right out.

This pretty much explains the type of bar it is. Pretty awesome when you don't like your bar and want to change it at service.

Will it have a chain on the left side and a rod on the right like the NASTYCAR cup cars as well?

what's the weight difference?

not much like 10 lbs but the stock front frame is scary thin wile helping with a
6 speed install and we had a bar against the front frame pushing the trans up
and the whole front frame was deflecting.

Have you thought about the front jack point at all? I know this thing will be strong enough to jack but pretty much every aftermarket skidplate (if you can call them that sometimes) mounts to the front jack point.
