These are the front suspension goodies for Frumby's car. The old prototype version, and the new and improved way beefier version

William is building custom rear Semi Trailing Arms, I am building front control arms and compression struts, utilizing a off the shelf replaceable ball joint. Fully adjustable for caster and camber

This stuff is amazing! Can't wait to get this beast on stage! Maybe later 2012. I wish I had half your fab skills William (or Sean or JVL)!
Right now the Miata is still getting rebuilt. Machine shop is kinda slow, but should have the block and head back today or tomorrow, got the new parts in, might have it back on the road before new bambino in early Jan. Once that is out of the garage it frees up the bay for rally car again!

I do have questions re fitting the T5 to the Merkur 2.3. What is the deal with getting the input shaft machined so it fits? Is that something I can have a local machine shop do? I recall there was some bushing for sale somewhere that was reported to work marginally. Anybody got a straight forward solution?

Bushing sucks.
Easy to turn down the input shaft.
Get the steel bearing carrier too.
In one test day and a hill climb my bushing spun out and the al carrier was already wearing and looking like shit.
