Seed 9 does have the highest speed straight away I've been on (due in part to the fact that its down hill) think we hit like 104 across the finish line (in a 1.8L) i was on my little tires for gearing (165/65/13)
there's 2 roads the rally uses. the first one is twisty enough i don't think i ever got out of 3rd. the 2nd one has some awesome elevation changes and only becomes a car contest for about i dunno 600 yards. going the fast direction there's some whoops, "step downs" and some other crap to deal with leading to the car testing 1/3 mile downhill straight. Honestly driving seed 9 is a great time. night stages, bumpy but not car destroying roads, a few spots to link drifts together, and 1 high speed section , so you can brag to your co-workers. i did 104... on a rough gravel road. and you can look around the room to see who clearly has never even done 100 on smooth pavement.
