Im looking for picks on proper ways to bring hard lines in. Think i found a pic here,

Looks like some simple plumbing parts given they match the line size?

Are you going from hard line to hard line, or hard lines to flexible lines? When I needed to go through the cowl, I just drilled a big hole and then used a grommet to seal it. $0.10 compared to $10 for a bulk head fitting.

I have hard line. I was thinking of hole/grommet but was curious as to vibrations eventually wearing down the grommet.

Wear is a simple fix! All you need is some gasket sealer/tape/gum/poop and you're good to go. If all else fails, just throw another grommet in there.

Yeah, grommet is what I used. The only bulkhead fitting in the brake system on my car is from the rear of the shell to the flex line that goes to the axle. (which is then hard line again)

i tried the whole grommet fad, damn thing just popped out the other side.. eventually i went with fuel hose profiled and wrapped around the brake line and stuffed it like prom night with silicone lube. no need to get fancy bulkhead fittings, try to keep the number of failure points down.

Disagree. You need 2 bulkhead fittings, 4 nuts, and 4 slieves to do the brake lines properly. It makes the line much easier to make, leaves a cleaner install, and can do a much better job of keeping mud, water, dust, and FIRE from making it's way through the firewall. And it costs lkess than $20 to do it right.

Did this for the pass through from the engine bay to the wheel well for the front brakes. Working great so far.

Do you guys/gals run the lines dual-single thru the valve the single-dual out? Do you run this setup internally for both front rear?

Twin masters. One line out of master to a T to for front and rear. Rear T is behind rear bulkhead with one line in interior. Same when I had single master. One line through the cabin.
