Thanks, Carl. That is an impressive manual. I wish I had that from KW. Looking at that exploded diagram makes my brain hurt. I would hate to have to assemble that in the dark, under pressure and drunk.

A few years ago I filled the gap between the spindle and the strut, in between the 'ears' with JB weld, and never had a problem since. It's really easy to pry the wedge out with a screw driver and tap it back if you need a different alignment. It worked so well I was planning on making a few different wedge-blobs for different cambers to have in the kit, but never really got around to it (especially since I just adjust with the camber plates now anyway).

Finally got my shocks back from KW. Here some pics of what I am working with.

Here's the fronts. They are in decent shape, although the offset washer is oval'd out a bit.

And the rears. There is a welded on, but badly banged up and distorted guid for the bolt head. There was no corresponding offset washer like the front had nor was there a hole drilled and tapped to hold one.

I am thinking of burning a set of these in different offsets. I just have to remember how to fire up the CAD program and the CNC plasma table. Would anybody be interested in some of these sets to solve a common problem? JVL, what are you providing with your shocks to handle this?
