Well we've corn-firmed that if you find any disgusting T-bird T% (like in local "Pull-a-part" fort $59) then on E-bay you can get a NEW 2.95 gearset for like 380 buckskis Americaine. So maybe keep looking. ford spine easy for clutch > figment? Hey whichever spline you get, and whatever you need for ID and OD on the disc, I can sup[ply it no problemo. thanks for the warm welcome back.
uuu, i have been racing mountain bikes, took all my time. here is a blog from my two big trips. http://bcdracing.com/pics/a.html http://bcdracing.com/pics/races/msa/msa.html had fun this year. i was the first to race with 29'' wheels on my bike. every one else is still using 26''. so i got some exposure/media on that. hopefully they will be the next big thing in DH. the wheels size makes a huge diff in traction/braking and angle of impact. they just roll great. anyway i have a second job and a little exrtra $ to buy a few parts for my 2002. still want to rally. my new shell sits so lonely with cardboard boxs all over it in a corner. so this winter i want to get back to work on it. __________________________ i'm in texas panahndle, full of gas and oil wells to slalom. http://bcdracing.com//pics/rally/rally.html |

Yes, look up "MOTHRA", aka Matt Smith, he's a good guy in Charlotte or up there, and send him a note, and see if he can help, maybe flip him some gas money, maybe he can meet up with the guy. > i don't need the bell do i? No but you could flip it on Ebay for a million dollars. > i can get a bmw bell and build a adapt plate for > it. > should be easier than adapting to the block > right? Yes exactly BOX-To-Bell adaptor. The critical thing is getting it dead nuts on straight or you'll kill the inputshaft bearings and get horrible clutch engagement (since it will be in a slight angle contact disc to flywheel) > > alex > > __________________________ > > i'm in texas panahndle, > full of gas and oil wells > to slalom. > > John Vanlandingham Sleezattle, WA, USA Vive le Prole-le-ralliat www.rallyrace.net/jvab CALL +1 206 431-9696 Remember! Oh man. I hate you. If I had $1000 I'd buy that now. That's awesome though.
Fuck it. Fly out there, buy a cheap craigslist car while your there, drive it back with the tranny in the trunk, sell the craigslist car when you get back to Texas. You'd still save a ton. Maybe even make a bit of the flight or gas money back from selling the car. Some rally friends in the area that could possibly help. Matt Smith, Matt Johnson, Anders Green Grant Hughes |

> hopefully they will be the next big thing in DH. > the wheels size makes a huge diff in > traction/braking > and angle of impact. they just roll great. And they also wiegh a quite a bit more, not so great for the geometry of smaller bikes, not as strong and cost more. Could add needs different gearing. Why don't they just call them 700c? They're just road wheels. Oh wait you said DH. My bad. But on a serious note, welcome back. I've been getting back into mountain biking after a 7 year break. Mostly XC though, can't afford a DH bike. will my 4.45 lsd is coming with a e30 case.
i have a 318 shell i could use instead of my 2002. little wider and longer, better. also found you can use a z3 2.7ratio steering rack on the e30 with not much problemo. http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=66247 so i think i am doing my 318. struts and stuff are way more availible too. who knows much about these k sport struts? http://www.ksportusa.com/asp/coilovers_detail.asp?product_id=cd04 __________________________ i'm in texas panahndle, full of gas and oil wells to slalom. http://bcdracing.com//pics/rally/rally.html |
