NRS seat rule

I did some searching and can not find a straight answer. Last year at sandblast the tech guys were looking at seat dates but the rules on NRS website dated 2011 say nothing about the dates just FIA seats. So whats the rule and where can I find the wording if its different?

NRS hasn't enforced the dates previously and I haven't heard otherwise. Anders will know.

The latest rule book was posted 12/28/14:

No changes to the seat rules were made.

I look in this sub-forum at most once every six months.
